Professional and Prompt

I've had the pleasure of working with Heather and Maureen on my home renovation and they have been outstanding!! I can't imagine having made all of my decisions without their expertise. Not only are they professional and prompt, but they are so much fun to be around. It will be a sad day when my renovation is finally complete and I won't get to see them anymore!

An awesome experience from beginning to end

ML Designs is a dream to work with! We renovated our home and could not have done it without them. Every meeting was so much fun. I always looked forward to the next one! They were amazing throughout the entire process. Very patient, honest and so creative. We wanted lots of color and coziness in our home for our family. We also wanted it to be timeless. We went bold but stayed in our comfort zone, which was a blast. They helped us achieve just what we wanted. Our #1 piece of advice for people building a new home- hire ML Designs!

Maureen was our designer for our new build and she helped us so much! We have said more than once- “We don’t know what we would have done without Maureen!”. She went to all the appointments with me and was very responsive to texts/emails. She gave great design advice but always reassured us that it’s our home and we should choose what we want. She was never pushy about anything! At all our appointments I never knew where to start, but she did and always made it feel less overwhelming. At our walkthrough, she pointed out numerous things that needed to be fixed that we wouldn’t have even thought about. It was so helpful to have her knowledge and expertise in our corner. Over the 15-month build process, Maureen became more like my friend than just my designer. She’s the best. Although we don’t plan on moving again any time soon, (because she helped us create our dream home) if we ever did she would be the first person we call. Our #1 piece of advice for people building a new home- hire ML Designs!

It has been a very enjoyable and positive experience working with ML Designs.  They are not only very professional and pleasant, but also incredibly talented, resourceful and well connected in the design industry.  While redecorating our home, they incorporated many beautiful new ideas to create an updated, lighter feel while keeping with the traditional style and quality features of our house.  They gave me the necessary “push” to make changes, but never put pressure on me to hurry along, spend more money than I was comfortable with or tried to talk me into something that just wasn’t me.  They are very approachable and honest. I felt they truly listened to what I wanted to change, what I wanted to keep and they were able to do an amazing job transforming our home while incorporating the original and new features.  They are excellent communicators and are fair with their pricing. I was always able to get timely appointments with them. In fact, on a few occasions, they came to my house and/or responded calmly to my calls when I needed immediate guidance with an urgent decision.  They attended all appointments with me, helping me select carpet, lighting, quartz, furniture, accessories, etc. Their vision, creativity and sense of value, helped guide me to invest in changes that created the greatest impact  ML Designs talents have helped me revise our home; something I could never do alone. I love what They have helped us accomplish and I enjoy all the raving reviews on our updated home. ML Designs is amazing!

ML Designs is amazing! As I looked at my home I knew it was time for me to do some updating but I had no idea where to start! My brain was buzzing with ideas, but I could not make a decision. My designer came into my home and got a perspective of and how we lived and what I wanted out of the design. At that point, we started on the design journey. I have learned so much more than I could have ever imagined throughout this process.
