Originally from West Texas, I joined ML Designs shortly after moving to Kansas City in 2019. From a very young age I have always had a love for design. One element I am most passionate about is taking existing structures and transforming them into comfortable, functional spaces for my clients.

Having lived in, built, and renovated several homes (even appearing in HGTV’s House Hunters), I have a passion for creating beautiful spaces that families can really live in. I believe that your home is your most important place and that colors and design elements can set the tone for the whole family - not just a beautiful space with gorgeous colors, textures and patterns, but one that exudes warmth and comfort.

Curating pieces of a home takes time, including getting to know my clients and their families. But the time it takes is worth it, when we can make a house a place everyone wants to come home to. Outside of design you’ll find me playing guitar, playing tennis with my husband Jim, and spending time with our three children and fur babies.  My design philosophy: Does it come bigger and does it come in gold?
